Advance payment: In case of reservation in advance, an immediate payment of 30% of the room price is due. One month before the arrival date, the balance is to be transferred.
Cancellation: In case of a withdrawal from the booking, we will notify you. The amount depends on the time of the cancellation:
- up to 60 days before departure: 10% of the total price
- up to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total price
- up to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total price
- up to 7 days before departure: 60% of the total price
- on the day of arrival or in case of no show: 90% of the total price
